Let me tell you the texture of this recipe is awesome. Beat in flour or matzo meal until just combined. Beat egg mixture into chocolate until smooth. That will make the difference between eggy/rubbery results vs the divine cake that whipped eggs makes. It was definitely better the first time (more dense and chocolatey). Add whisky and stir until well combined and smooth. Please try again. Stir in the orange zest (or orange marmalade) and beaten egg. Freeze for 1 1/2 hours. I have made this many times and like it best served with whipped cream and fresh raspberries. In a bowl beat eggs, egg yolks and sugar until light and fluffy and the sugar has dissolved. Butter and flour 6 ramekins. Bake for 15 to 17 minutes. No need to change anything in this recipe (although I have added instant coffee to the chocolate chips and butter for a deeper flavor).
